Over the years, I have noticed the growing need of amateur teams to have a point of contact for advice and consultancy on helping to improve the performance of their teams.
A training programme will be created that is tailored to the age and ability of the players – whether it’s a junior, youth, senior amateur or a male/female team.
It is expected that the delivering of the training will be done alongside the team’s coach to ensure that a good working relationship and rapport is built to aid the smooth and efficient transfer of knowledge.
From experience, the minimum number of regular training sessions to review understanding and to achieve significant progress is five – whether this a weekly session over 5 weeks or an intensive programme of 5 evenings in a training camp.
The programme is tailored to meet your needs and the training sessions can consist of the following areas:
•Technical and Technique
•Tactics & Systems of Play
•Fitness and Conditioning
At the completion of the training programme a training document can be provided that contains all the relevant topics covered.
